Your goal is:

You will create a unique relationship with our community of sellers and assist the Head of Account Management & Content by pushing ANKA’s services and solutions to fulfill their needs on our platform. This great challenge may involve moving abroad to meet and reinforce the bond with sellers and help them to understand our services better.

As an Account manager, you will have to work with every team to understand the services we provide but most importantly you will have to understand our product better than anyone in the company. You will be an important link between all departments to ensure that all teams are working to provide the best solutions possible to our sellers and also you will be a key person to give recommendations to the teams as you will know the sellers the best and understand their behaviors.

Main missions:

You will manage the sellers community scope:

  • Coach, train & organise regular follow-ups for the sellers
  • Create communication contents to continuously improve the sellers’ activity
  • Master the products & services typology used by the sellers depending on their country and industry
  • Analyse the sellers’ needs and define accurate related strategies
  • Structure and execute efficient data analysis of behaviours and customers cohorts

You will provide analysis on your scope:

  • Provide weekly & monthly reportings of your scope performance indicators (coaching, trainings & services daily use)
  • Define and execute customer retention actions on the identified scopes (location, types of sellers account etc.)

Experience & Personal skills:

  • Strong interest for the Start-up environment
  • Excellent English & French written and verbal communication skills
  • Very rigorous, analytical & organised
  • Multitasking is a must
  • Autonomous, proactive and creative
  • Result oriented, you don’t give up at the first obstacle
  • Flexible and ready to travel when business requires
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Strong customer service experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office & G-Suite applications
  • Design skills (Canva & more) is a plus
  • Experience in project management or account management is a strong plus

Salary range: 1500€ and 2000 € net monthly, depending on experience
