What will be your missions:

  • Support and drive the sellers in the management of their online shop
  • Support and drive the buyers in the customer experience to solve their issues (inmail)
  • Manage proficiently all Anka’s products & services
  • Assist the Customer Experience Manager in UX project management
  • Collaborate proactively with the Finance, Logistics, Payments & IT teams
  • Monitor the KPIs to improve our quality and amaze our customers

Who are we looking for?

  • Minimum level required Bachelor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English & French mandatory)
  • Strong proactive skills
  • Flexible and ready to work under pressure
  • Analytical & problem solving mindset
  • Strong previous experience in customer service
