What you will do:

You will work across functions to unlock growth opportunities and create win-win partnerships that deliver far-reaching value and strenghten ANKA’s position as the first African E-commerce & Payment Solutions platform.


Business growth
-Develop and grow the business of the newly subscribed Sellers
-Identify high potential sellers through the right acquisition channels
-Negotiate and convert them into using our logistics service
-Contact potential sellers through cold calls and emails
-Provide the best onboarding session to our new subscribers
-Support and train existing sellers to help grow their business
-Adapt processes to increase seller onboarding conversion rate
-Identify sellers’ needs and suggest appropriate products/services

Communication
-Prepare and present Webinars
-Establish monthly communication campaign presenting the right topics/information/new features/new events
-Identify the perfect attack-list for the campaigns
-Coordinate with the sales and communication teams for the different campaign

KPIs
-Be responsible of the growth KPI
-Monitor the activity of the strategic sellers
-Work with the Customer Experience Manager to reduce the churn rate


Experience & Personal skills:

  • Work well under pressure
  • Have 2/3 years proven experience in a Marketplace Business Development, Sales or Account Management
  • Have an appetite for commercial prospection and B2B relationships
  • Have a strong communication skill
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English & French mandatory)
  • Highly Business and Data driven
  • Work well under pressure
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Proactive & trustworthy
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office & G-Suite applications
  • Passionate about new technologies
  • Interest for the African digital & financial ecosystem or for creative industries is a plus

Remote work

Salary: 2500 euros net
